BLADE is dedicated to addressing the professional development needs of it's members. These needs are addressed through leadership training, professional lectures and practical leadership, all of which provide great networking opportunities.

BLADE is also known as a Leadership Lab, where the key to success is mentoring. New members are encouraged to test their leadership skills as event leaders, ambassadors, committee members, or committee chairs. Experienced members are eager to help with guidance and training.
